Drag and drop Word to Google Docs: how to restore citation links?
Hi,
I'm having trouble with a document I dragged and dropped a Word document into GoogleDocs on Sunday. I then worked on the document, and I realised on Wednesday that all my links were broken (I did not add any new citations, just text).
I have tried resolving the issue by looking at old forum entries and the documentation but I have not been able to fix it and I don't have an up-to-date copy to fall back on.
Here are the links to the documentation I looked at :
https://www.zotero.org/support/google_docs
https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#fixing_broken_documents
What do you advise ?
My browser is Firefox. The connector was intalled and up-to-date and I'm on version 7.
Thank you very much!

poettliIt is not the way to move a document between word processors. See https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/moving_documents_between_word_processors
