Online items not synching into my library after renewing/upgrading storage.

I received a message to renew/upgrade storage. I did this. When attempting to sync online material to my library, the snyc box pops up (shaded gray) in the upper right hand corner but does not complete the function. Essentially, I am not able to get online items synched into my library after I renewed/expanded my storage. Is this problem on my end or is there a lag with renewal and available, upgraded storage capacity?

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Can you provide a screenshot?
