Upgrade StorageCommunicate word or OOo (portable issue?)
Hi,
I'm trying to set up Word and/or OpenOffice working with Zotero. I see toolbars in both software. But I get a message "Could not communicate. Please ensure Firefox is open and running".
I'm not running ZoneAlarm but I'm on a office network with a proxy and antivirus. I tried disable all firefox add-ons, install and re-install, java is ok, I'm not -no remote profile, no error message from Zotero in Firefox and firefox is "online".
I'm using portable versions because I can install any programs on computer.
What could I try?
