BibTeX and RIS not working on Zotero web?

Hello,

I am trying to import items from databases (Scopus, WoS, ScienceDirect...) to Zotero via the web, but all I get is the file being added to my library.

Is there an issue with this functionality on the web? There is no problem with it in the desktop app.

metadata import has never worked on the web interface -- I think there are plans to support that, but nothing currently available.

Sorry, importing from a file is not supported in the web library yet, but it is planned.

The web library offers a smaller set of features than Zotero; see web vs. desktop.
