Upgrade StorageFailed to import files in bulk

I searched for literature on the topic I needed on PubMed and packaged the required documents into nbib format. During the first import, everything seemed fine. Initially, I thought it wasn't successful because the import progress bar on the page showed no progress. After canceling, I found that it had been imported, but not completely. So, I deleted the categories and entries created from the original import and tried to re-import the file, but it kept showing that there was an issue with the file and the import could not proceed.
