Changing Upgrade Storage auto-renewal date

Hello,

On July 3rd, 2024, I purchased a 2GB storage upgrade because I urgently needed to store a lot of references.

Although the website states that this charge would be billed annualy, the expiration date is set for July 2nd, 2026. Shouldn't it renew on July 2nd, 2025? Why two years?

Also, for personal preferences, I wanted to set auto-renew on November 1rst, 2024 (or near that date).

Today, on 11/05/2024, I manually renewed my subscription thinking this would also change the auto-renew date, but when I activated the later option the date was still 07/02/2026.

Is there any way I can fix this? Should I just wait until 07/02/2026 to deactivate auto-renew, then wait until 11/01/2026 to purchase new storage?

I actually don't 2GB now that I've purged my library, and can get around with the free 300MB.

Is there any way I can cancel and/or get a refund for my 11/05/2024 purchase?

We currently only allow purchases for a full year subscription, so there is not a way to change your renewal date while keeping your subscription.

Your original purchase was for 1 year, putting it in 2025.

When you manually renewed, you were adding an extra year onto the end of your existing subscription, which is why it was pushed out to 2026.
