Zotero crashing Word

It seems like my Zotero "add citation" feature always crashing my Word app on my Macbook when I click it. It was working fine a few days ago. Just trying to ask for help or at least get the word out there so they can fix it.

    What is the full version number of Word that you are running? Could you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to insert a citation that crashes Word?

    I have the same problem. It keeps crashing while I'm trying to write an essay. I have to close Word Completely and Zotero, and then open both again, and it starts working, and a while later, it does it again. It has never happened with the previous version.
    I'm also using the Word app on a MacBook Pro. But I wonder if that's the problem because the previous Zotero version worked well. This version seems quite unstable, and it's a lot slower as well.
    Please help! It's a bit difficult to work when this crashes so regularly.

    You will have to provide the troubleshooting information that is requested above. We haven't made any recent changes to the Word plugin. Zotero and Word for Mac have some instability for some users and system configurations and if you have changed your system, that would be why you're suddenly seeing it.
