Add items by identifier not working on web browser

Hello,
I've always been able to add sources via zotero on web browser, but now when I paste ISBN numbers into the identifier, nothing occurs. I've tried this with ISBNs I've used before, and still am not getting any results. Can I get help with this issue?

In the web browser meaning in the Zotero web library? Can you provide some examples?

Note that in general, you'll get better results for ISBNs using the desktop app.
