How can I import CSV backup file into Zotero

I backed up Zotero library in the CSV recommended format, and now I need to import it on a different computer.
What should I do?

That was not a backup (it was an export), and CSV is not a recommended format.

If you still have access to the old computer, I would suggest you do a proper backup, as explained above (e.g., copy the Zotero data directory,

For an actual export for sharing with other Zotero users (still not a backup), Zotero RDF is the recommended format:
