iOS Debug Log: D1168699786

I can’t open files on my IPad while I can open them on my Mac (same account) and purchased 60 GB of storage.
  • Hi @DaphneCornelisse, the Log ID you provided doesn't seem to show you trying to open any attachments.

    Can you describe your issue a bit more? Do those files not sync on your iPad? Or they sync and when you try to open them you get some error message? If you do, can you send what kind of error message? Thanks!
  • Hi @michalrentka, thanks for getting back to me, and apologies, I thought the log was included! Here is more info:

    The files sync onto my iPad (i.e., I can see the paper names on my iPad) but when I try to open the file I get:
    "Error: the attached file is not available in the online library. Please check that the file has synced on the device where it was added". When I head to the Zotero app on my Desktop (Mac), however, I can open the same file. No problems there. I've also tried to delete the app on my iPad and log in again, but that doesn't resolve the problem.
