zotero ist not creating the bibliography

The bibliography is not created. When I click on it, the typical green zotero bar appears for a second, but no bibliography is created.
I have no problems with the citation.

I use the General Legal Citation Style (fruit e.V.).

How large is your document? Are you on a Mac?

I have windows.
The document has now just 17 pages, no images.

Can you provide a Report ID?

Can you insert a citation and bibliography in that style in a new, empty document?

But also -- where is that citation style from? "General Legal Citation Style" is not a style we officially have/support (and many legal citation styles simply don't define a bibliography)
