Word plugin non-responsive since update to Zotero 7

Hello, I tried to follow the steps of the https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#windows page to debug it but the Zotero tab is still non responsive in Word since the last Zotero update.

    Did you make sure Zotero and Word run as the same user and neither run as Administrator? Are you using Windows? Did you try restarting your machine?
