Upgrade StorageTrouble Accessing Shared Files in Zotero Group Library
Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with a shared Zotero library. A colleague shared their library with me, and I joined via the group link they provided. My Zotero library is set to sync automatically, and according to them, all files have been shared.
However, when I try to access the files on my computer, I encounter the following error:
File not found
The attached file could not be found at the following path: --
It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org.
Has anyone encountered this issue? I’d appreciate any suggestions for troubleshooting this!

dstillmanedited 22 days agoSee Files Not Syncing. Unless the file is available from the web library, this has nothing to do with you and your colleague will need to debug it.
