Zotero doesn't find my citations when I want to put them in Word

Not sure what you mean here. Can you say more, and also include some screenshots showing what you mean?

Ok thnaks so much. I've done a upgrading the night and so my other citations don't appear when I'm in word. Right now Zotero doesn't renew the citationns and show me this error message

@Lawapanyann: That's a bug that we've been trying to reproduce, but it's also just cosmetic — that window is just a progress window that should disappear once the operation is done. Are you saying that's not happening?

How large is the document, and how long have you waited?

If it's been a while, you should try just restarting Zotero and trying again.
