Page snapshots are missing images, diagrams, graphics

When a page is snapshotted when added to a collection, the page is captured, but embedded graphics, tables, etc. are missing from the snapshot.

This shows the snapshot on the left, and the real page on the right.

could you link to the page in question? Seems unlikely that this would be happening on every page, or does it?
