How to start zotero use one of multiple profiles silently?

Since I knew that Zotero could be started with selected different profiles with "-p" label. However, the zotero.exe -p command brings a dialog to select the profile. Could I start Zotero silently using one command?

As it's based on Firefox, a zotero.exe shortcut with the -P flag and profile name should do it ...
