Incorect APA 7

help! Does anyone know why Zotero continuously, yet randomly, creates incorrect citations in APA 7. The journal titles randomly have every word capitalized. Sometimes, it does this, and sometimes, it doesn't. The source of the original citation does not matter. It's very annoying! And all settings are correct! Using Mac, Word, and Zotero.

    APA uses title case for journal titles.
