Upgrade StorageSmall bug: In german button hoover texts mixed up in pdf viewer
In the pdf viewer tool bar, the descriptions for "highlight text" and "underline text" are swapped, as you can see in the screenshot below ("unterstreichen" = underline).

*Expected behaviour:*
The first icon should say: "Text hervorheben" and the second one "Text unterstreichen".
*Actual behaviour:*
The labels are the other way around. The first button highlights the text, and the second one underlines it.
