Upgrade StorageSoftware black screen issue

When I use the software to read literature for about an hour, the document display screen will go black and cannot be restored on its own. I have to reopen it.

dstillmanRestart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If that fixes it, you'll need to identify the plugin that's causing it and then report the problem to the plugin's developer.
