Problem with Opening PDFs in Zotero - Report ID 2016542514

I'm writing to report an issue I've been experiencing with Zotero. Whenever I attempt to open a PDF within Zotero, I receive a connection error message.

I have double - checked my network settings, and other applications that require internet access are working fine. This problem has been persistent and is causing significant inconvenience as I'm unable to access and work with the PDF files stored in Zotero, which are crucial for my research and study.
