Collections Not Showing

This problem just started happening. I recently saved some files to my online library on another computer, and then came back to the computer I am currently working on. Those files synched to this computer's library, but now none of my citations are organized into collections on my computer, while the ones on the internet still are.

Please let me know how I can fix this problem.
