Style Error: Journal of Hepatology
The citation style for Journal of Hepatology is baed on the Elsevier - Vancouver style (numeric) from 2019.
In the bibliography for this style, if the number of authors is >7, then the first 6 authors are shown, following by 'et al.'.
However, in recent submissions, the Journal of Hepatology requests that 'et al.' should be used if the number of authors is >4.
This is a trivial edit in the CSL file and an updated version of the CSL file is available here

However, we have a central style repository for a reason. With it everyone can get a correct style from one source of truth, integrated into their reference manager.
Note also that the CSL style library is not only used by Zotero but other programs also. They wouldn't find this here in the Zotero Forums.
We'll take a look to get this fixed centrally for all our user base.
