Folder Name of Attachments

Whenever I add an attachment pdf to an item in my Zotero, it creates a randomly named folder in my computer. The way I get the folder name is to "Show File".

Now I have Zotero in my main computer and have my attachment sync using WebDAV. WebDAV adds the "folders" as zip files. I wanted to use Zotero on another device but I am using the Web App. How can I locate the correct zip file? I can't seem to find the "folder name" of the attachment in the metadata. Is there a solution for this?

The solution is to use Zotero Storage. Making your files available everywhere, including in the web library, is the whole point of it.

The item key for attachments is included in the URL if you click on an attachment in the web library, but manually locating, downloading, and unzipping files from the WebDAV folder would be an absurd workflow. Zotero's WebDAV directory is meant for syncing, not manual usage.
