Is there anyway I could add an user Zotero's library to my Zotero?

I would appreciate if I could simply fix the Zotero Library of another user to my Zotero Desktop.

I tried with the link he provided and it opens in the web version. I can navigate on it but I cannot fix it into my Zotero.

I was able to the the feed link but it only enables me to add top level references. Is there anyway out of this?
