Zotero on Windows doesn`t install - asks for reboot everytime

Unfortunately, the installing of Zotero doesn`t work on my computer. I`ve downloaded/installed it before and never had a problem with it. But on this computer after installing the programme, it keeps asking to reboot the computer to complete a previous upgrade from Zotero. I tried restarting it, but it never works.
Does somebody have an idea what else I could try?

Make sure you're installing the latest version of Zotero, 7.0.8, from the download page. This could happen in earlier versions on certain computers when Zotero was run by a non-adminstrator user, but as far as we know it's fixed in 7.0.8.
