Al momento de ejecutar me dice que no cuento con lospermisos necesarios para ejecutar el programa, y me pide contraseña

That sounds like a problem with your installation of Zotero, not with Zotero itself.
You should uninstall Zotero and reinstall it from the
download page
. If this is an institutional computer, you should ask your IT department for help.
