Need help! Add attachment doesn’t work

Recently, when I tried to add a stored copy to an article, I couldn't find the pdf from the Zotero desktop while the pdf of that article is in my folder. Does anyone know why this happens?

I'm not sure what you mean there. If you're saying you don't see the same files, I'd guess that you're looking at a different folder with the same name.

I'm saying I suspect that's not the case.

If you think it is, switch to list view in each (which shows timestamps), take screenshots, and then press Cmd-Up-Arrow in each to see the parent folder and take screenshots of that.

You can also click the drop-down in the Add File dialog and Ctrl-click on the folder name in the Finder window to see the full path to each folder.
