Hi everyone,
I would need some help to evaluate and finish a custom CSL file for this journal, BMSAP.

However, I know very little about CSL, and there's something I still don't understand about multilingualism. Some punctuation rules should behave differently in french and in english. For instance, we should have for in-text citations:
(Campbell et Pedersen, 2007 ; Mares, 2001) -> In french
(Campbell and Pedersen, 2007; Mares, 2001) -> In english
The "et/and" part is not a problem; however, there should be an additional space before the semicolon in french. This is just an example, but how are we supposed to handle such differences in separators, in several contexts? Any help about that would be highly appreciated.
Also, I heard that some journals provide separate CSL files for each language, but this something that should be avoided, right?
