High memory usage on Mac in Zotero 7

Hi, the memory usage of zotero could be around 2G if I only open one pdf and disabling all plugins. But when I open zotero in troubleshooting mode, the memory usage is only 500M. How can I reduce the memory usage?
The zetero version is 7.0.8, the newest.
