Importing from Pubmed impossible

Hi everyone, I downloaded my search results from PubMed (around 3000 results) as an nbib file. When I try to open it with Zotero, nothing happens. I've re-downloaded it, did not change anything. Also, I don't have this problem with search results from Web of Science. Anyone else had this problem and knows what to do? Thanks in advance!
