Collection pane width changes with selection of items

I have Zotero 7. If I select items by mouse click or by keyboard arrow keys (up/down), the collections pane will jump to different widths depending on what item I select. It also happens that if I select a specific item with the mouse that a new collection is then selected and the mouse selection is now in the collections pane for a collection even though I selected an item. This makes it difficult to select and navigate items by mouse and keyboard. I recorded a screencast (mp4) but am not able to upload it to this forum.

First, make sure you're running Zotero 7.0.8. The latest version fixed some related issues in Stacked mode. Also make sure that this happens in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.

If you can still reproduce it, upload the video somewhere and either link it here or email a link to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread. (We'll respond here either way.)

I do have betterbibtex installed as the only plugin.

Right, so update to 7.0.8.

Upgrading to 7.0.8 fixed the issue. Thank you.
