Importing pdf with highlights from Adobe

Hi,

I want to import a pdf into Zotero that has been highlighted in Adobe. I want to keep the highlights in the pdf when it is imported into Zotero.

When I save the pdf in Zotero and then open it in the editor, the highlights have disappeared.

I've emailed through the pdf.
