64 bit issue

Hello,

I went to upgrade to the 64 bit version on windows and have had issues not being able to run Zotero since. It told me I needed to restart which I did but every time I try to open Zotero it says the same message about rebooting to finish an upgrade which never happens with a reboot.

I tried a few things suggested for the forums and redownloading a legacy set up for the 32 bit version but that won't run, says I am running the 64 bit version.

I'm totally confused where to go to get Zotero back up. Feel like I want to restart but I don't even know how to fully get Zotero uninstalled and everything I've done results in the same issue of getting the reboot message.
  • Are you seeing this with the current Windows installer from the download page? Most causes of this should be fixed in Zotero 7.0.8, the latest available version.
  • I redownloaded it but was still getting the same messages. But I think when I opened the application from the c drive it seems to be running fine now. Cheers
