My zotero paper disappears

I would like to ask if I need to register and log in to use this software. I have a problem now. I saved something today, but when I turned on my computer the next day, the paper disappeared inexplicably. The only missing content was what I saved yesterday, and the previous things were still there. What is going on?

    You'd have to say more. Items in Zotero don't just disappear, though — it's a permanent database, and items stay until you delete them.

    Some items in your online library have been deleted in the last week, but that would've been something you or someone else with access to your library did.

    I'm a bit confused about your question, though, since you have an account and appear to be actively syncing. So why are you asking about logging in?
