Latex equation notes for highlighted parts.

When reading the PDFs, we can select some sentences and then right-click the mouse, and then we can choose a color to highlight the chosen sentences. We can also add some notes on the highlights, but it seems that Latex equations does not work in this case. Can you provide such a support?
