Upgrade StorageMissing References
Experiencing an issue with references/bibliography. The entries exist in Zotero. I can, and have, successfully added them in the body of my document. The citation exists, but in the reference/bibliography, there is no entry. As far as I can tell, this is only happening for TWO (2) specific entries.
Troubleshooting steps: deleted citation(s). Saved word document. Closed and reopened document and Word. Added items back as citations. Result: no bibliography / reference entry.

Zotero version 7.0.8
Microsoft Word version 16.77
Note: due to the MacBook hardware restrictions I cannot update to a newer version of MacOS or Microsoft Office/Word.
