Sharing storage with users
I manage our organisation's Zotero account, with several different groups. We have unlimited paid storage, which is shared from my account with all the different groups. Two of our users have now reported to me that they're seeing that they're over the 300MB free limit in their accounts. I've tried sharing our storage with them as individual users, but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. I think it's something to do with them having had individual accounts before they joined the organisation, but I can't work out how to fix it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I'd expect this will show their personal library. Obviously your account storage wouldn't apply to that (and you can't 'share' storage -- you can just own groups so that your storage covers all files shared in a group)
In order to make sure users are provided unlimited storage for their personal and group libraries, you need to add their email to your Lab subscription.

If some people already had Zotero accounts, you'd want to make sure they have also associated the email address you're adding. Users can add backup email addresses to their Zotero accounts from their email settings. https://www.zotero.org/settings/email
The email that qualifies them for storage from your subscription does not need to be the primary email. It just needs to be attached to their account and verified.
