"Create Bibliography from item" results empty

Dear developers,
the function "Create Bibliography from item" results empty (only [1]).
I submitted my debug hoping it will be helpful (D1375748365).

    It sounds like you have it set to "Citations" rather than "Bibliography" and you have a numeric style like IEEE selected.
