error why input pubmed file upto 10000 articles

it shows the file is wrong downloaded in pubmed,so i cant input it into zotero.but the other one whose number is not up to 10000 can be inputed。

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Can you explain exactly what you're doing, step by step, and what's happening?
