Invalid username or password (SYNC error)

Hi, I'm new to zotero. I created account and tried to sync it at the desktop app but got an error "invalid username or password".
I've tried changing the username and resetting the password several times and also rebooted my PC. I'm quite sure I've entered my username and password as I set (which I am logged in now to the webpate).
Please check if there's any way to resolve the problem. Thank you.

Your company's network or security software is intercepting your secure requests and rejecting them with 403 Forbidden errors. You'll need to talk to your IT department.

I see that's the problem.. I guess I'll just use it without sync.
