Searching for a full-note style with endnotes, repeating author, date, name in every note
Hello Everyone,
For a book that is due this month my publisher wants a citation style that looks like this:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u15448392/26rlqnzi54pqjlzjxr1w.jpg
It needs to be endnotes, but footnotes would do as well - at least I figured out how to get the footnotes to the end of the document.
Since I will not be able to include a Bibliography, I need the style to repeat the full title information not only in the first not, but in all of them - except if they are following eachother, then an "ibidem" would be sufficient.
I tried to use pre-existing styles that use full notes, but all of them have some form of short form when a title is referenced the second or third time. That is ok for a small essay, but not for a book with hundreds of notes.
Can someone give me a hint for a style that matches or comes close to what I need? Thanks!
