Upgrade StoragePublic Zotero Web Reader
I have created a Zotero Group with the following settings:
Group Type: Public, Closed Membership
Group Library: Anyone can view, only members can edit

Anyone on the internet can see that there is a PDF that I've added to this library, but they currently cannot open or download this PDF. I'd like for others to be able to open/download the PDF and also view the annotations I've written on the PDF. Is there any way to share those annotations publicly?
Ideally, I'd like to be able to direct anyone to https://www.zotero.org/groups/5717835/ee135/items/K9KTIKIB/reader, which should load the online PDF reader.
However, a workable alternative would be an option for anyone to download the PDF with the annotations embedded.

There's no public file sharing in Zotero (except for "My Publications" in personal libraries, but that typically won't preserve the annotations).
