Can't cite from all my collections

I am using word, and trying to cite something from my library. When I go to add/edit citation, the field pops up, but only one of my collections (from a group library) is visible, I can't cite anything from my own library.

I watched a video where there was a z next to the field and you could click 'classic view' but there is no z next to that field when it pops up for me.
