Shared Folder documents

Hello,
I have a shared folder with someone. When one of us adds an entry to the folder, the other sees the entry but cannot access the pdf/link that the uploader can see. Is there a way to make sure that the documents are also shared between the members of the group?

The owner of the group is at their file storage quota, so additional files aren't being uploaded. Zotero would be showing a warning icon about that in the toolbar on every sync.

It looks like the person you're sharing the group with has two accounts, one with a storage subscription and one without. Ask them to email storage@zotero.org and we can transfer their subscription to the account they're actually using.
