Version 7.0.7 Crashing

I've been using Zotero for years. Now I'm about done with my dissertation. I add a citation and it crashes every time. I've tried the recommendations. It won't even let me add a citation let alone do anything else. If anyone has experience in solving these kinds of issues I would be happy to compensate for assistance.

If you can insert a citation into in a new, empty document, see Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents for the existing document. You haven't followed all the steps (or you'd be providing more information).
