Script stopped working

Hello,

I've been getting Firefox's standard waiting for script message every time I start firefox for the first time after booting up.

I did a brief search of the forums and didn't find anything. Has anybody run into this sort of thing before or have any suggestions?

Thanks,

Mike

    1) What's the exact message, including file and line number?

    2) Have you tried simply clicking Continue a few times?
  • Hello,

Sorry for the delay... It's just the standard firefox message, here's the text:

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

    Script: chrome://zotero/content/xpcom/translate.js:244"

It comes up when I first open firefox, but if I hit stop script or something it doesn't seem to impact anything.

    Thanks,

    Mike
  • You should almost never click Stop Script for that message. If you click Continue until it goes away, do you get the message again the next time you restart?
