.ris and .bib. cannot be imported

What do you mean by this? You should always be able to save using the Zotero Connector's Save to Zotero button.

If that's not happening, we'd want an example URL and a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save.

The problem I have is as follows, I can use the extension to save the entry correctly, but the entry data loses the author and tag information of the document (the green color in the picture is imported using bib, while the red color is captured using Zotero Connector)
