Unable to add citation while opening zotero from google chrome

My debug ID is D1326355989; I have tried closing google chrome, closing zotero, signing out google account, switching off and restarting my google account but still unable to add citation. Previously when I used to clinc reference, it used to open a window to add citation where it used to ask about view whether i want classic or other. I am now in middle of work and its quite distressing.

Are you trying to add citations to Google Docs or add items into your Zotero library? Provide a Debug ID for refreshing the page and performing the operation that is causing you issues.
