I can`t open Zotero

Hello!
I downloaded zotero and also installed Zotero Edge connector. If i open zotero it says "your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Zotero. Do you want to reboot now?". I can`t open zotero without it asking to reboot it. And if i restart the computer it still asks to restart it. What should i do?

Also i tried to uninstall it but then it asks again to restart the computer. And when i restart the computer and try to uninstall it again, it asks the same thing.
