Zotero plugin in Word displayed as blank and not reaction after clicking any button under the plugin

The Zotero plugin (Zotero 7) in Word is displayed as blank and does not react after I click any button under the plugin. I have tried to reintall Zotero and Word, and the plugin. Still, it does not work.

    Uninstall Zotero.dotm from your Word Startup folder and restart Word to confirm that it's gone completely. Then reinstall the plugin from the Cite pane of the Zotero settings.

    If it still happens, it's some sort of problem in your Word installation — possibly another Word add-in.
